At Pycon we don’t just build your home beautifully, we ask the questions and think about the design details so your life works beautifully too. Coffee drawers, dog nooks, double showers, DIY work spaces, hobby tables, alfresco areas, outdoor gyms, space for caravans. We want you to love your home, not just for the way it looks, but for the way it helps you live. It’s why we’ve developed our Lifestyle Profiler, to fully understand you and your life. It’s why we will still be asking questions and suggesting customisations when others might be asking you to sign on the line. And it’s why we have a qualified Interior Designer on our core team, to help guide and inspire you to design spaces and make the selections that will truly reflect your individual style.

At Pycon we think it’s what’s inside that matters most. Facades are important, for sure, but we believe that the inside – your floorplan - is the most important part of the house, because that's where you live. The way our system works is that every floorplan can be matched with any of our five facade styles. So take your time browsing to find the floorplan that best meets your requirements then simply select your favourite exterior look.

We have a wide range to suit every taste – from cool and contemporary to charming and traditional – all with a huge selection of finishes to make your home unique. If you don’t see an image of your preferred floorplan with your preferred facade don’t worry we can build it. So, feel free to mix and match to make your perfect home.

FLOWBUILD - A NICER WAY

We want to ensure that your experience building and designing your own home is as enjoyable as your experience living in it. Our unique Flowbuild process takes you through everything that needs to happen on your home, and makes it clear and easy to understand who is doing what, when and why.

Flowbuild communicates to you the status, progress and any actions required throughout, so you are kept informed and in the know at all times. Uncertainty creates confusion and anxiety – Pycon’s Flowbuild is here to provide you with clarity and control. The following pages will take you through all the steps we will complete together for a smooth experience.

IT'S GOOD TO CUSTOMISE...

Forget what some project builders say, at Pycon we say it’s good to customise! You’re building a new life, let’s design and build you a home that adds to it in every way we can. Early on, we actively encourage you to think about any small changes that would make a big difference for you. The thing to remember here is that not everything is an extra cost

A small change to a room dimension or flipping a floorplan may cost nothing more, adding extra height to garage door may cost a little extra but not as much as you might think and some customisations – like higher ceilings – will increase costs but add huge value to your lifestyle. It’s all up to you, we welcome discussing your customisation requirements.

This is one of the fun bits about building your own home, like choosing your selections; by making little customisations you can truly make this house your home. What have you seen in other homes that would fill your heart with joy to use everyday? What little things have driven you crazy in the past that you could eliminate with a little more garage space, an extra shower, a soundproofed room?

Our Lifestyle Profiler survey will be the best 10 minutes you'll spend on your project. It uncovers everything a builder needs to know to start designing and building your home. From where you are on the journey, to who you are in terms of your budget and individual lifestyle loves, likes, needs and ways of doing things. Once completed, it becomes your brief to us (or any other builder you choose). It tells us all the big things, and allows us to listen to the little things that will make a big difference to how we design and build a home that fits your life.
